Every job has its own timeline, depending on the trade/service offered and the size of the job.
An estimated time-frame will be provided when an official quote is supplied via e-mail.
After the quote is approved, a date and time will be scheduled that suits the customer which
will also depend on the availability of the tradesman that provides the service.
Although we brief and train our staff to implement safety and security procedures, accidents happen. We are, indeed, insured to accommodate for unexpected incidents.
After a job is completed, you can e-mail us your review or you can also send us a review by filling out the form on the Reviews Page
After you approve the quote, we will supply you with an invoice that has the banking details on it for a deposit and subsequent payments. Final payment will take place when the job is done.
